Kings Langley is large village, with a population of around 5,000 people. As a village, it is a close community with a wide range of clubs and activities on offer for its residents. Many members of Christ Church are very involved in the wider community, including in the local schools, football club, Transition in Kings, local charities and much more.
Each year the wider community of Kings Langley holds a few large events, including a Carnival, a Remembrance Day and a Lights Festival. Christ Church is involved in all of these. Do keep an eye on our news & media page for further information.
In addition, our building is an excellent resource which we hire out to the wider community.
18 September - Kings Langley Carnival
Having missed 2020 due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the Carnival is back this year. We will be organising the tea-tent once more.
We will need help with setting up, clearing away, serving refreshments, talking with people, supervising crafts and help with the children’s play.
If you can help on the day, please add your name to the list in the church entrance or e-mail email@example.com.
